CONGRATULATIONS
your HOLIDAY GREETING messages have been loaded to your PHONE PLUS system
Here’s how to turn them ON and OFF
Log into your system using the credentials we’ve provided
Click on the SETTINGS icon in the upper left corner
Click on the Call Features icon in the top row
Assure you are on the IVR tab at the top
Click the blue pencil icon (Edit) next to your MAIN IVR
Click on the dropdown arrow in the PROMPT field
Select the GREETING you want to turn ON
Click the blue SAVE button at the bottom of the window
Click on the orange APPLY button in the top right corner
Click on the person icon in the top right corner and select logout.
Mark your calendar to turn the HOLIDAY GREETING OFF and return to your MAIN greeting
