your custom HOLD PLUS message has been loaded to your PHONE PLUS system
Here’s how to add it to your playlist
Before you begin let’s assure you have all the 2021 HOLD PLUS audio files in a folder on your desktop.
First, create a new folder on your desktop and title it HOLD PLUS 2021.
Next, download your 2021 HOLD PLUS audio files by clicking HERE.
Start by printing the “2021 HOLD PLUS list” you’ll find in the folder titled PRINT THIS FILE.
Select all the folders and audio files and press Download.
All files will download to your computer in a zip folder.
Open the zip folder and select all the folders/files.
Drag them to your new HOLD PLUS 2021 folder for easy access through the year.
Your new custom HOLD PLUS message is already loaded to the system and ready for use.
Logging into your PHONE PLUS CLOUD system using the credentials provided
Log into your system using the credentials we’ve provided
Create a new HOLD PLUS playlist
Once logged in, click on SETTINGS icon in the upper left corner.
Click on the VOICE PROMPTS icon in the top row.
Click on the MUSIC ON HOLD tab at the top.
Click on the blue CREATE NEW PLAYLIST button.
Name the new playlist, Playlist type should be Local Audio and Playlist Order should be Random, Press blue SAVE button.
Back in the Music On Hold page, press the blue BROWSE button to locate your HOLD PLUS folders/files on your desktop.
Select the file you want to play and press the blue UPLOAD button.
Repeat this for each new file you want to play.
Set the new playlist to play
When all files have been loaded into your new playlist, press the PROMPT PREFERENCE tab at the top
In the MUSIC ON HOLD field select your new playlist and press the blue SAVE button at the bottom.
This field identifies the messages playing when you place a caller on hold from your phone.
Now click on Call Features in the left margin.
Press the QUEUE tab at the top.
Press the Edit pencil icon on the right.
Press the Caller Experience Settings tab at the top
In the MUSIC ON HOLD field select your new playlist and press the blue SAVE button at the bottom.
This field identifies the messages playing when your caller is being transferred from the MAIN greeting.
Save your settings
Press the orange APPLY button in the top right corner.
Click on the person icon in the top right corner and select logout.
