UPDATE YOUR HOLD PLUS MESSAGES

1. First, create a new folder on your desktop and title it HOLD PLUS.
2. Next, download the HOLD PLUS audio files we emailed to you and place them in the new HOLD PLUS folder.

Log in credentials

Contact your PHONE PLUS Support Team to request your PHONE PLUS log in credentials or fill out the form below. 
The URL, Username and Password will allow you to perform the following actions.

Create a new HOLD PLUS playlist

1. Log into your PHONE PLUS system using your provided log in credentials
2. Click the 9 dots in upper left corner
3. Click the ‘Settings’ icon
4. Click the ‘Voice Prompts’ icon
5. Click the ‘Music on Hold’ tab
6. Click on the blue ‘Create New Playlist’ button
7. Enter the new playlist name
8. ALWAYS choose Random in the ‘Playlist Order’ field
9. Add a message by clicking the Browse button and navigating to your new HOLD PLUS folder on your desktop.
10. Select the message you want to add and press Upload to add a message

Add/delete messages in a HOLD PLUS playlist

1. Log into your PHONE PLUS system using your provided log in credentials
2. Click the 9 dots in upper left corner
3. Click the ‘Settings’ icon
4. Click the ‘Voice Prompts’ icon
5. Click the ‘Music on Hold’ tab
6. Click on the arrow in the field next to “Choose MOH Playlist’
7. Here you’ll find all your previous playlists
8. Select a list and you’ll see the included messages in the ‘Music on Hold Files’ below
9. You can delete a message by selecting the trash can icon to the right
10. Add a message by clicking the Browse button and navigating to your new HOLD PLUS folder on your desktop.
11. Select the message you want to add and press Upload to add a message

Change the HOLD PLUS playlist that’s playing

1. Log into your PHONE PLUS system using your provided login credentials
2. Click the 9 dots in upper left corner
3. Click the ‘Settings’ icon
4. Click the ‘Voice Prompts’ icon
5. Click on the ‘Prompt Preference’ tab at the top of the ‘Settings’ window
6. Click the arrow in the field next to ‘Music On Hold’
7. Select the playlist you want to activate (this is the playlist callers hear when you place a call on hold)
8. Press the blue ‘Save’ button at the bottom
9. Click on ‘Call Features’ in the left margin
10. Click on ‘Queue’ in the top menu bar
11. Click the ‘edit’ pencil on the right
12. Click ‘Caller Experience Settings‘ in the top menu bar
13. Click the arrow in the field next to ‘Music On Hold’
14. Select the same playlist again you want to activate (this is the playlist callers hear when they are transferred from your auto attendant)
15. Press the blue ‘Save’ button at the bottom
16. Press the orange ‘Apply’ button in the top right corner
17. Log out by clicking on the ‘person’ icon in the top right corner

Change the MAIN GREETING that plays when calls are answered

1. Log into your PHONE PLUS system using your provided login credentials
2. Click the 9 dots in the upper left corner
3. Click the ‘Settings’ icon
4. Click the ‘Call Features’ icon
5. Click the ‘IVR’ tab in the top menu bar
6. Click on the ‘Edit’ pencil icon next to the row titled MAIN
7. Click on the drop-down arrow next to ‘Prompt’
8. Select the greeting message you want to play when calls are answered
9. Press the blue ‘Save’ button at the bottom
10. Press the orange ‘Apply’ button in the top right corner
11. Log out by clicking on the ‘person’ icon in the top right corner

USING YOUR PHONE PLUS FAX service

These instructions provided for those customers subscribed to our PHONE PLUS efax service

Sending a fax

1. Open a new outgoing email
2. In the TO field, enter the fax number (with a 1) @PhonePlusFax.com
        your TO address should look like this   12345678900@PhonePlusFax.com
3. In the SUBJECT field enter a subject line that will appear on your fax cover page
4. In the BODY of the email include the persons name you are sending TO: 
        along with the persons name the fax is coming FROM:
        any text in the BODY of the email will appear on the fax cover page
5. Attach any documents that need to be included (PDF- .jpg- .dot- EPS- HTML)
6. Press SEND
7. You’ll receive a “Transmission Successful” email once the fax has reached it’s destination

Receiving a fax

1. All incoming faxes will arrive at your email inbox
