
Using Your PHONE PLUS Manager Portal
The PHONE PLUS Manager Portal is the online or “cloud” home for your store’s phone system. In the Manager Portal you can view data, update audio programming, and manage the features of your system.
Warning: Making changes not explicitly instructed by a PHONE PLUS administrator could result in a system shutdown, costing you time and money.
If you are a new PHONE PLUS customer, you’ll want to login to your system as soon as you receive the welcome email, then add your Manager Portal page to the favorites in your browser for future use.
The PHONE PLUS Manager portal is where you’ll go for:
- Call history
- Call recordings
- Using your softphone
- Updating IntroGreet messages
On the Home tab, you can scroll down to see today’s call statistics, along with the call statistics of the last two months. The Call History tab is where you can listen to or download call recordings.
