Standard The UPS Store – PHONE PLUS Service and License Agreement
This agreement is a Service and License Agreement between Premier Companies, Inc. and your UPS Store.
PREMIER agrees to provide the PHONE PLUS service package outlined below in consideration of $100.00 (+taxes/fees) each month.
This agreement will remain in force indefinitely until written modification or cancellation is received 60 days prior by either party.
All telephones and interface equipment used with this service will be purchased, owned and maintained by The UPS Store.
The UPS Store – PHONE PLUS service package includes:
5 talk paths
3 phone extensions
1 extension forwarded to UPS
1 extension forwarded to AMAZON
1 auto attendant with custom messages
1 voicemail with custom message
1 hold channel – HOLD PLUS – Auto-Update UPS Store package
– Additional extensions can be added at $20/mo
– Fax service (includes up to 400 pages /mo) can be added at $20/mo
– Mobile / Desktop options can be added at $10/mo
– Call recording (includes up to 500 min) can be added at $10/mo
– Additional phone number can be added at $10/mo
– Additional desk phone or handset are available as low as $100/each
