The UPS Store PHONE PLUS Support Updates
1. We have been made aware of a phone service outage experienced by some The UPS Stores. 
2. Our engineering team quickly determined the outage to be the result of an overnight software update 
3. A temporary fix was developed for affected stores to re-register the PHONE PLUS Phone Interface, allowing one handset to operate.  
4. Engineers are continuing to work to resolve the issue fully so that all phones operate.
