PHONE PLUS CLOUD – Grandstream tutorial

Using Grandstream cordless phones with your PHONE PLUS CLOUD system.

Before starting, we suggest you label the phones as they are assigned to extensions (11, 12, 13)

 

A. Making an outbound call

Dial the telephone and press the bottom green talk button on the left

 

B. Answering an incoming call

Press the top left button (answer)

C. Answer a second call on the same handset
  1. Press the top left button (answer)
  2. To hang up press the bottom red hang-up button on the right
  3. To talk with the original call – press the top right button (Unhold)

D. Place a caller on hold

  1. Press the top right button (hold)
  2. Confirm HOLD PLUS is playing to the caller
  3. Press the top right button (Unhold) to talk again

E. Transfer to another handset extension
  1. Press the top left button (options)
  2. Press the top left button a second time (select)
  3. Dial the extension number
  4. Press the top left button a third time (transfer)
  5. Your call will be transferred to the other handset

 

F. Transfer a live caller to UPS 800#
  1. If you are speaking to a caller how needs to speak with UPS
  2. Press the top left button (options)
  3. Press the top left button a second time (select)
  4. Dial 10
  5. Press the top left button a third time (transfer)
  6. The call will automatically be transferred directly to the UPS 800#

 

G. Retrieving voicemail

Via email

  1. When callers leave a voicemail message it is sent to your store email as an audio file.
  2. The Sender email address is “Phone.Plus”.
  3. If you do not see these coming to your main mailbox, please check your spam folder.

Via mobile phone

  1. From your mobile phone, call your store phone number and at the MAIN greeting, press *02
  2. When asked which mailbox, press 11
  3. When asked for the password, press 5555
  4. You are now in the voicemail menu

Via store phone

  1. From any store phone, call *02
  2. When asked which mailbox, press 11
  3. When asked for the password, press 5555
  4. You are now in the voicemail menu

 

H. Adjusting volumes
  • Volume while talking to a caller
    While in a live conversation press the right circle arrow to increase the volume
    press the left circle arrow to lower the volume
  • Volume of the ringer when a call is coming in
    While NOT in a live conversation press the right circle arrow to increase the volume
    press the left circle arrow to lower the volume
