A complete resolution has been determined and implemented regarding service interruption.

July 30, 2024 – PHONE PLUS Service Interruption
9:26am CST: We were made aware of a nationwide phone service interruption that has affected some PHONE PLUS customers.
10:05am CST: Our engineering team quickly determined the outage to be the result of an overnight software update
1:00pm CST: A temporary fix was developed for affected customers to re-register the PHONE PLUS Phone Interface, allowing one phone to operate.
4:15 CST: A resolution has been determined and implemented regarding service restoration
