
Call Forwarding Instructions
There are three options for setting up call forwarding:
- Call forward always – Anytime your personal extension is called, the call will be forwarded to a number of your choosing.
- Busy Forward – Anytime your personal extension is called, but you are already on a call and busy, the call will be forwarded to the number of your choosing.
- No Answer Forward – If you do not answer a call, the call will be forwarded to a number of your choosing.
To turn ON call forwarding from a wireless handset, follow the instructions below:
Click the middle OK button to open up the main menu.
Select the Call Features icon, then click Call Forward.
Click Always(Disabled), then click the right arrow button to select Enabled. Target will then appear below Status. Scroll down to select the Target field.
Enter a “1” followed by the ten digit phone number you wish to call forward to. Then click Save.
To turn OFF call forwarding from a wireless handset:
Click the middle OK button to open up the main menu.
Select the Call Features icon, then click Call Forward.
Click Always(Disabled), then click the right arrow button to select Disabled. Click Save.
To turn ON call forwarding from a desk phone, follow the instructions below:
Click Menu, then select Features.
Click Call Forward, then select one of the three forwarding options you wish to use, then press the On button.
Forward To: Enter a “1” followed by the ten digit phone number you wish to call forward to. Then click Save.
To turn OFF call forwarding from a desk phone, follow the instructions below:
Click Menu, then select Features.
Click Call Forward, then select one of the three forwarding options you wish to use, then press the Off button. Click Save.
