PHONE PLUS Warranty
This Warranty applies to PHONE PLUS systems purchased from Premier Companies, Inc.
What does this warranty cover?
This Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period of 1 year from purchase date. During the Warranty Period, Premier will repair or replace, at no charge, parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Warranty of any telephones provided with a PHONE PLUS system are covered and processed by the manufacturer.
What will we do to correct problems?
Premier will either repair the PHONE PLUS system using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the system with a new or refurbished system, at no charge to the client. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the client. It is the client’s responsibility to return damaged parts or equipment to Premier.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for PHONE PLUS systems is 1 year from the date of purchase. A replacement PHONE PLUS system assumes the remaining warranty of the original system or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this warranty not cover?
This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. The Warranty is void if the system has been opened or tampered with in any way.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact Premier Companies within the warranty period to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
